War

Missing limbs,missing bones
Missing friends,missing relatives
Available mortar,available bullets
Fresh supply,from far away
Girls are now women
Boys are now men
They say
War is expensive

Sacrifices have to be made

There is no 9-5,only 24/7
Air smells of death
Water changes to red
For that is the official war color
And human suffering
The official theme song

When will this end?
Nobody knows
For each side has a cheering squad
In the name of a powerful country
Providing ammunition and combat gear
Generously
From their war arsenal that doesn't stop
Provided you meet your supply
Of minerals and gas.
